Day-wise itinerary
Day 1Kochi to Munnar
Arrive at Kochi Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station and drive to Munnar. Stop at Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls along the way. Check in and spend the afternoon at leisure.
Day 2A day in the tea hills
Explore Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Blossom Park, and the Tea Museum. Visit Munnar Market. Top Station is the document’s alternative when the park is closed; optional stops depend on available time.
Day 3Munnar to Thekkady
Travel to Thekkady for a boat safari in Periyar National Park. Explore Kumily’s spice markets. Cultural performances are optional and charged separately. Overnight in Thekkady.
Day 4Into the Alleppey backwaters
Travel to Alleppey and check into your houseboat. Cruise past paddy fields, villages, and coconut groves. Lunch, dinner, and an overnight houseboat stay are included.
Day 5Marari Beach & Kochi departure
After breakfast, leave the houseboat and transfer to Kochi Airport or Railway Station. Visit Marari Beach if time permits.
